  2. Winners will be chosen by a committee of the Board of Directors of The Literacy Connection, the sponsors of Cavalcade of Authors. Their decision is final.
  3. All work submitted will become the property of The Literacy Connection and may be used at their discretion. By submitting your file or photo, you are giving permission to use it without restriction.
